Welcome to RekylCS! By purchasing VIP credits and using our VIP services, you agree to the following terms:

1. VIP Credits

VIP credits are a form of website currency that can be used exclusively to purchase VIP days for 10+ Extra features on our Retake Server. These credits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn, traded, or sold for real-world money or any other form of currency outside the RekylCS platform.

2. Refunds and Chargebacks

• All purchases of VIP credits and VIP days are final. We do not offer refunds for VIP credits or VIP days under any circumstances. Once a transaction is completed, you cannot reverse the purchase.

• If a user is banned, suspended, or otherwise restricted from our services due to cheating, rule violations, or any form of misconduct, they will not be eligible for a refund or compensation for any remaining VIP days or credits.

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, your account will be permanently banned, and you will forfeit any credits or VIP days you have acquired.

3. Usage of VIP Credits

VIP credits are solely for use within the RekylCS website and platform. They cannot be used outside of the intended context, and attempting to use them inappropriately may result in the suspension of your account.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services in a lawful and respectful manner. Any use of our website for illegal activities, including cheating, spamming, or exploiting bugs in the system, will result in immediate suspension or banning of your account.

6. Discord Bot Verification

As part of our efforts to enhance the user experience and ensure the integrity of our community, RekylCS may require users to verify their accounts via our Discord bot. By interacting with the RekylCS Discord bot, you agree to the following:

  • Bot Interaction: You may be required to authenticate your account through the Discord bot for access to VIP services or other platform features.
  • Bot Data Usage: The Discord bot may collect and use data necessary to verify your account and provide services. This may include but is not limited to, your Discord username, ID, and connection status.
  • Bot Commands and Permissions: You agree to use the bot's features responsibly and understand that misuse or abuse of the bot (including spamming, cheating, or exploiting the bot) may lead to temporary or permanent restrictions on your account.
  • Bot Updates and Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend any features related to the Discord bot. These changes may be communicated via our official channels.
